Q390C high-strength structural steel implements GB/T1591 standard. Q390C low-alloy high-strength steel plate has certain comprehensive high-quality properties such as toughness, fatigue resistance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, welding and easy processing. Q390 high-strength structural steel plate is often used in the machinery manufacturing industry, mainly used in ships, boilers, pressure vessels, oil storage tanks, bridges, power station equipment, lifting and transportation machinery and other high-load welded structural parts.
Q390C hot-rolled steel coil has anisotropy in strength, relatively high transverse strength, and no significant anisotropy of Charpy impact energy above -40℃. And it has good low temperature impact toughness, and the Charpy impact energy of longitudinal - 40 C can meet the standard requirements. Q390C steel plate can be delivered in normalized state according to different requirements, and the grade of normalized delivery state is Q390NC. Q390C steel plate can also be delivered in TMCP state according to different needs, and the grade of TMCP delivery state is Q390MC.
