S355N Carbon and Low-alloy Steel Description

S355N carbon and low-alloy steel is a weldable fine-grained structural steel that is normalized or normalized and rolled in European standard. S355N ordinary carbon low alloy steel has the characteristics of high strength, high toughness, good welding performance, cold forming performance and corrosion resistance. In the S355N steel plate, S means that the grade is structural steel, 355 means that the yield strength of the steel plate is not less than 355MPa, and N means that the delivery state of the steel plate is normalized or normalized rolling (the default is normalized rolling). The grade is the minimum impact temperature not lower than -20 degrees, and the impact temperature is not indicated by English letters or symbols. If the impact temperature is not lower than -50 degrees, the minimum impact temperature is represented by a capital letter L.
