34CrMo4 alloy steel is an alloy structural steel. The standard of 34CrMo4 alloy steel is EN 10083-3. 34CrMo4 steel has good strength and toughness and can be used to manufacture many types of mechanical parts, such as axle box, bearing, bolt and gear. The tensile strength of 34CrMo4 alloy steel is 830MPa, the yield strength is 630MPa, the tensile elongation is 20%, and the elongation after fracture is 45%. In addition, it also has good impact resistance and high temperature performance, and can withstand the high temperature effect of temperature above 450 ℃.
The chemical composition of EN10083-3 34CrMo4 alloy steel is mainly composed of carbon, manganese, chromium, molybdenum, aluminum, vanadium, silicon, zinc, chromium and sulfur. In addition, it also has extremely low content of carbon, silicon, manganese, aluminum, vanadium, sulfur and zinc, and certain content of magnesium, potassium nitrate and aluminum. The common dimensions of 34CrMo4 alloy steel are mainly plate, bar, round steel and channel steel.
