Incoloy800H Nickel Alloy Steel Description

Incoloy 800H alloy is an iron nickel chromium alloy with moderate strength, which has good oxidation resistance and carburization resistance at high temperatures. Incoloy 800H alloy has strong corrosion resistance to oxidizing and non oxidizing acid solutions, alkaline solutions, fatty acids, and water. It can maintain long-term stability of its structure in high-temperature environments and has strong oxidation resistance. The oxidation resistance is mainly attributed to the high chromium chromium film in the alloy. Alloy elements such as silicon and aluminum also contribute to the formation of a firmly bonded oxide layer.

The main chemical components of Incoloy800H corrosion-resistant alloy include elements such as nickel (Ni), iron (Fe), chromium (Cr), aluminum (Al), and titanium (Ti). Because the Ni content in this alloy is not less than 30% and the (Fe+Ni) content is not less than 60%, it is generally referred to as an iron-nickel based corrosion-resistant alloy. This alloy still has high strength at high temperatures and excellent oxidation resistance and carburization resistance. Incoloy800H nickel based alloy is widely used in fields such as petrochemicals, nuclear energy, aerospace, etc.
