12Cr1MoV steel pipe, also known as 12Cr1MoVG alloy steel pipe, 12Cr1MoV steel pipe is a low carbon alloy steel pipe, which belongs to the national standard low alloy high strength steel. 12Cr1MoV steel pipe has excellent comprehensive performance, especially at high temperatures, with excellent creep resistance, thermal stability, and oxidation resistance.

3. Application
12Cr1MoV seamless steel pipes are widely used in high-pressure boiler pipes, heat exchanger pipes, high-pressure fertilizer equipment pipes, and oil refining equipment pipes in petroleum, chemical, power, and fertilizer industries under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. Due to its excellent high temperature resistance and creep resistance, 12Cr1MoV steel pipe is also commonly used to manufacture key components such as superheater and reheater tubes for high temperature and high pressure boilers.
4. Manufacturing and inspection
The manufacture of 12Cr1MoV steel pipes must be carried out in strict accordance with relevant standards such as GB/T 8163 and GB/T 9711. During the manufacturing process, it is necessary to strictly control the chemical composition, mechanical properties, and heat treatment process to ensure that the quality and performance of the product meet the standards. At the same time, nondestructive testing, eddy current testing, ultrasonic testing and other inspection methods are also required to ensure the quality of products such as defects and cracks.
5. Heat treatment process
