ASTM A131 DH32 steel Description

ASTM A131 DH32 special steel plate for ships and ocean engineering. DH32 steel plate itself has high-quality properties such as high strength, high toughness, fatigue resistance, impact resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, weather resistance, welding machine and easy processing. ABS DH32 marine grade steel plate is mainly used in shipbuilding and marine engineering. DH32 marine grade steel plate needs to be impacted at -20°C to ensure its low temperature performance. DH32 marine steel plates are widely used in the construction of hulls, bulk carrier cranes and cryogenic marine vessels. The classification society certification of DH32 steel plate is: CCS DNV GL LR BV NK KR RINA ABS and other nine major classification societies certification.

DH32 shipbuilding steel plate is a high-strength steel plate, where D is the grade, H is a high-strength steel plate, and 32 is the yield strength. The ship plate increases the performance requirements in the thickness direction of the steel plate, that is, the Z-direction performance, and adds the Z-direction backward LR-DH32-z15. ASTM A131 DH32 marine plate is high-strength high-strength structural steel for hull. Shipbuilding steel generally refers to the steel for hull structure, which refers to the steel used to make the hull structure produced according to the requirements of the classification society's production specifications.
