Our steel plates have been used in the projects of the Navy building from Bangladesh, Myanmar and Thailand, the petrochemical engineering from KNPC, Saudi Aramco and NNPC, the infrastructure construction of foreign governments from Peru, Qatar, Mozambique, etc. The other projects from One Belt One Road countries such as Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Pakistan, Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, etc.

Steel Plates/Coils
5500mm steel plate production line
Thickness: 400mm maximum, Width: 5200mm maximum.
3500mm steel plate production line
This is a rolling production line with width of 3500mm, which can roll steel plates up to 750mm thickness. Maximum single steel ingot weight can reach to 50 tons, and maximum single steel plate is 38 tons.
2250mm steel plate production line
With the most advanced equipment of SMS brand, the maximum width could reach to width 2130mm, while thickness 0.6mm to 25.4mm. The Annual capacity is 5,000,000 tons.
Steel Pipes
SMLS production line
BBN owns 5 production lines and the size range is covering ∅10.3-∅1219X1.0- 150mm. The pipeline steel grade reaches X100 at most.
ERW production line
ERW: BBN has excellent production equipments, size range is ∅17.1-∅660X 1.0-22 mm.
SSAW production line
SSAW:We have advanced double sided spiral sulbmerged ARC weldedsteel pipe production line, producing range: ∅219.1 -∅4500X3.2 -25.4 mm, and the length could reach to 100meters.
LSAW production line
LSAW: Producing range: ∅:406 2800mmX6-80mm. According to usage, LSAW pipe can be three types: fluid pipes, pressure pipes and building structure pipes.
Steel Fabrication and Machining
BBN processing center is located in Shanghai. It covers an area of 20000 square meters, and the company aims to become the leading steel processing enterprise in China and abroad. We not only provide fabrication and insallaion, but also EPC construction service based the information and the requirements from Clients.
BBN welding platform is in possession of the welding capacity of the large scale steel structure, duplex steel ship plate, vessel shell and precision sheet metal. There are several welding methods such as submerged arc automatic welding, narrow gap welding, argon arc welding, shielded metal arc welding and plasma welding. The welding material is carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and the non-ferrous metal such as copper, aluminum and titanium. There are more than 200 welding equipments, and the SAF plasma welding machine can weld 12.5 meter seam, which renew the record for this model in length. In the meantime, BBN also has H-Shaped Steel Production Line, Edge Planer, Heavy-Duty Rolling Machine, NDT Room, Heat Treatment Fumace, Blasting Room and Other Large-Scale Equipments. Currently, there are many engineers with CSS, LR, special equipment Welding Certificate.
BBN Machining Platform is a comprehensive platform with well-equipped machines, which are imported from Japan, German, Italy, South Korea and Taiwan. BBN has Floor-Type Milling- Boring Machine, Portal-Type Processing Center, Vertical Lathe, Deep-Hole Drilling Machine, Multi-Drilling Machine and Planer, which are multi-standard, high-precision and multi-function. What's more, there are many technical professionals, who have rich experience in stainless steel, carbon steel, special steel, forging and casting, etc.
