SPV355 pressure vessel steel under the Japanese standard JIS G3115 technical standard. JIS SPV355 pressure vessel steel is a carbon steel sheet for Japanese standard boilers and pressure vessels. SPV355 vessel steel is a hot-rolled steel sheet with good welding performance for making pressure vessels and high-pressure equipment (except those used at high temperature and low temperature). The carbon content of SPV355 steel increases, the yield point and tensile strength increase, but the plasticity and impact decrease. When the carbon content exceeds 0.23%, the welding performance of SPV355 pressure vessel steel deteriorates, so the low-alloy structure used for welding Steel, the carbon content generally does not exceed 0.20%. When the thickness of the SPV355 container steel plate is less than 40mm, the hot-rolled state is selected for delivery, and when the thickness of the steel plate is greater than 40mm, the normalized state is selected for delivery.
