Incoloy825 Nickel Alloy Steel Description

The material of Incoloy825 alloy steel is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy containing elements such as copper, molybdenum and titanium. 825 Incoloy nickel alloy steel has good sealing, welding, processing performance and corrosion resistance. It can resist the erosion of many strong corrosive media, including sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, chloride, hydrofluoric acid, etc. In many chemical production processes, the medium contains these chemical substances, so the use of Incoloy 825 can ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment.

Incoloy825 nickel alloy steel has high Ni content and high corrosion resistance, and has extremely high corrosion resistance to oxidizing and non-oxidizing acids, especially to sulfuric acid. In addition, it has good resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion. It has good mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperatures up to 550°C, can maintain good strength and hardness at high temperatures without deformation or deterioration, and can manufacture pressure vessels with temperatures up to 450°C.
