Q345R Steel Description

Q345R boiler pressure vessel plate has good mechanical properties and process properties, and has corrosion resistance, wear resistance, low temperature resistance and good cutting performance, welding performance and so on. The yield strength of Q345R steel plate is 340MPa. Q345R steel implements GBT713 standard. The sulfur and phosphorus elements in Q345R steel are slightly lower than those of Q345. Q345R pressure vessel steel plate is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, power station, boiler and other industries, and is generally used for making Heat exchangers, separators, reactors, air pipes, liquefied gas tanks, boiler air bags and liquefied petroleum gas cylinders, etc.

GBT713 Q345R boiler steel is also an ordinary low-alloy steel. Ordinary low-alloy steel is an ordinary alloy steel containing a small amount of alloying elements, in most cases, the total amount does not exceed 30%. All metal materials used in the Q345R pressure vessel must have excellent properties, including the mechanical properties of the material, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and manufacturing process.
