In Q460E plain carbon steel plate, "Q" represents yield, "460" represents the yield value of the steel plate is 460MPa, and "E" represents the impact test of the steel plate is -40 (common grades are C, D, E, F). Q460E is used for engineering and general structural high-strength steel structural components with impact performance requirements at low temperatures of -40℃.

When the thickness of the steel plate is ≤30mm, the delivery state is hot rolling or controlled rolling.
When the thickness is 31-40mm, the delivery status is controlled rolling or normalizing.
