S275N carbon structural steel plate is a European standard normalized or normalized rolled fine-grained structural steel. Grade S275N steel under the European EN10025 standard. Grade S275N steel equivalent material is the China standard Q275. Yield strength is not less than 275MPa, N means normalizing or normalizing rolling of the steel plate in delivery state, and also means the minimum value of impact energy specified when the temperature is not lower than -20°C, the cutting performance, welding performance and mechanical properties of S275N steel plate are compared Stable, commonly used for cutting machinery parts, welding of large steel structures, or used in mining machinery and equipment, construction machinery manufacturing parts, metallurgical machinery and equipment parts.

EN10025-2 S275N Low Alloy Structural Steel Plate has high weldability and plasticity. S275N low alloy high strength steel weldable low carbon engineering structural steel. Its carbon content is usually less than 0.25%, and it has a higher yield point or yield strength and yield ratio than ordinary carbon structural steel, better cold and hot working formability, good weldability, lower cold brittleness tendency, notch and aging sensitivity, as well as good resistance to atmospheric, seawater and other corrosion. Its alloying element content is low, generally below 2.5%, and it is used in hot-rolled state or after simple heat treatment (non-quenched and tempered state).
