P355NL1 steel is a low-temperature carbon steel used for pressure vessels. Its main features are good low-temperature toughness and welding performance. P355NL1 steel complies with European standard EN10028-3 and P355NL1 is a type of non-alloy and alloy steel. EN10028-3 is a European standard involving fine-grained steel for pressure vessels, including P275NL1, P275NL2, P355N, P355NH and other grades of steel.
P355NL1 pressure vessels steel plate has excellent impact and fracture resistance at low temperatures and is widely used in the manufacturing of pressure vessels, storage tanks and pipelines under low temperature conditions, such as liquefied gas storage tanks, liquid nitrogen pipelines, etc. It can withstand operating temperatures as low as -50 degrees Celsius and maintain high strength and reliability. The heat treatment process of P355NL1 steel can have a certain impact on its corrosion resistance. P355NL1 steel plate can also be used in shipbuilding, fertilizer plants, pulp and paper industry, sugar industry and other occasions where pressure-resistant equipment needs to be used in low temperature environments.
