Round bars can be divided into carbon steel round bars, alloy round bars, manganese steel round bars, etc. Round bars are an industrial material with a round shape, usually made of metal or high-strength polymers. The specifications of round rods are expressed in diameter, in millimeters (mm). Round rods are widely used in industrial manufacturing and are commonly used materials for manufacturing mechanical parts, bearings, gears, etc.

Round rods have the characteristics of high strength, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, and are widely used in the fields of mechanical processing, electronic products, chemical industry, aerospace, and oil exploration.

In ISO standards, the diameter of round bars usually ranges from 1mm to 250mm, and tolerances vary according to diameter size and application requirements. For example, for round bars with a diameter between 1mm and 3mm, the tolerance is -0.02mm to +0.03mm; while for round bars with a diameter between 100mm and 250mm, the tolerance is -0.5mm to +1.5mm.
