In order to ensure the excellent corrosion resistance of DNV EH32 shipbuilding steel, at least four aspects need to be considered in the production process: chemical composition of steel, processing technology, surface treatment and environment.
1. According to the requirements of the relevant standards and customers, the chemical composition of the DNV EH32 shipbuilding steel is determined. Generally speaking, the content of Mn and P should be strictly controlled, and the content of C and S should be reduced as much as possible.
2. The strict manufacturing process is the guarantee of the excellent mechanical properties of shipbuilding steel. 4. In the environment of use, in addition to meeting the requirements of certain atmospheric environments, it is necessary to strengthen antifouling measures, pay attention to the protection of docks and ships, and pay attention to the prevention and control of oil pollution.
