Hastelloy C-276 steel is a nickel-based alloy with excellent corrosion resistance, high strength and hardness. Also known as UNS N10276, it is an alloy with excellent corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and reducing environments. Hastelloy C276 steel main components include nickel (about 57%), chromium (16%), molybdenum (8%), iron and tungsten and other elements. Through special heat treatment and processing technology, it obtains its unique mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. In addition, the alloy also has good high-temperature strength, creep and fatigue properties, allowing it to maintain good stability in high-temperature environments.

Mechanical properties of Hastelloy C-276 UNS N10276:
Tensile Strength: The tensile strength of the alloy ranges from 415 - 655 MPa (depending on the material state).
Yield strength: The yield strength range is ≥190 MPa.
Elongation: The elongation is usually between ≥40% and also depends on the material state.
Hardness: The hardness is usually HB ≥ 130, or the hardness tester measurement range HRC ≥ 33.
Fatigue strength: This alloy has good fatigue strength and can maintain stability under alternating loads.
Impact toughness: The alloy has good impact toughness and can resist crack expansion in low temperature environments.
