Welcome to BBN Steel Materials Factory
Ni200 nickel-based alloy steel is an alloy with excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength, which belongs to the Nickel-Copper series and usually contains 90% nickel and 10% copper. Ni200/UNS N02200 alloy has a low hardness in the annealed state and increases in hardness after cold working or heat treatment. The product types of Ni200 nickel-based alloy steel mainly include plates, strips, bars, wires and pipes, etc., and their shapes and sizes can be customized according to specific needs.
Ni200 nickel alloy steel has a wide range of applications, mainly in chemical equipment, marine equipment, nuclear reactors and high-strength chemicals. Due to its excellent corrosion resistance, it is especially suitable for places dealing with strong acids, strong alkalis and salts. In addition, Ni200 alloy is also widely used in medical equipment, precision equipment and other fields. In the field of chemical equipment, Ni200 alloy is used to manufacture chemical reactors, distillation towers, valves, etc.; in the field of marine equipment, it is used to manufacture ship parts, marine structures, etc.; in the field of nuclear reactors, it is used to manufacture fuel Rods, pipes, etc.
The mechanical properties of Ni200/UNS N02200 nickel alloy steel include its good ductility and toughness, which enable the alloy to withstand large deformations without cracking. Its tensile strength is about 80 ksi in the annealed state (ksi is kilogram force per square inch, that is, ksi is 138.9 N/mm2), which can be increased to 110 ksi after heat treatment. At normal temperature, the yield strength of Ni200 is about 70 ksi, while at high temperature, its yield strength can remain above 40 ksi. In addition, Ni200 alloy also has good welding performance and processing performance, which can meet various processing requirements.
