P460N steel is high-temperature structural steel and complies with en10028 European standard. the "n" represents normalizing, and p460n steel is aslo a low alloy structural steel, which is a special steel for pressure vessels. Low alloy structural steel refers to adding a small amount or trace alloying elements to ordinary carbon steel to change the properties of the steel, so as to obtain a steel with better properties than ordinary carbon steel, and also has special properties such as high temperature resistance and low temperature resistance. Because the total amount of alloying elements added to this kind of steel is small, this kind of alloy steel belongs to low-alloy steel.
EN10028-3 P460N carbon steel plate is one of the main high yield steels.
